Liverpool launch for Pugh & Co
Last updated: 25th Jan 2012 at 08:32am | | Pugh & Co is to launch in Liverpool with an auction at Aintree Racecourse after reporting successes in other areas of the country.
The Newton-le-Willows-based auctioneer said lots will include residential and commercial properties with previous auctions at other sites having included offices, industrial sites and retail premises.
Kate Lay, head of Pugh & Co's residential division, said: "We made the decision to launch in Liverpool following great success in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle."
"Because of the sheer size of the business we also have the ability to tap into a national database of investors who regularly purchase at Pugh & Co auctions across the North."
Pugh & Co will be hosting 28 auctions throughout 2012 with the first Liverpool auction taking place on 29 February.
