- A UK first as Liverpool schools receive seed funding to grow their aspirations
Every school in Liverpool has been invited to apply for funding from the City Council to unleash an enterprise culture within young people.
Cllr Gary Millar made the announcement to a selection of pupils from across the city, at Liverpool's Arena and Convention Centre on Monday 3rd October.
It is the first time a local authority in the UK has launched such a challenge which will encourage every pupil in the city to set up a successful enterprising project.
