The Partnership for Learning facility based in Speke is a unique public-private
sector project which provides specialist training courses for a range of
sectors including the automotive and pharmaceutical industry. With a student population of 50,000, the pool of available talent is considerable. Our biggest challenge is creating sufficient business opportunity to meet the needs and aspirations of these people.
